His background or where he's come from is unknown however he's credited with numerous assassinations, in fact whenever someones reported assassinated Scorpions at the top of the list of suspects. His suit is believed to be self contained able to withstand extreme temperatures as well as the cold vacuum of space. Known to employ a variety of devices and weapons, both ancient and modern. only two known images of him are known to exist though both show him in his suit. Intelligence sources of all species list him as extremely dangerous and to be avoided at all cost. Works for the highest bidder though it is unclear how he is contacted for his services as those who have employed him refuse to even acknowledge the fact probably out of fear of death. probably the best description for him came from a dying bodyguard of a Cardassian diplomat "By the time I saw him I was dying and didnt even realize it" Some believe he was a member of the Vitello organization, surviving a shuttle accident arranged by the family after he�d become to powerful. Rumors state he survived, although badly burned and disfigured. Theorists back this story up with the Vitello family massacre some eight years later when the entire family and their associates was slain in a three month long series of assassinations, murders and accidents, although most still believe the family was killed by rivals.
